The way that designers and the people at Nike are alike in a way is fascinating. People at Nike just have a more clear point of view. Nike being able to come up with more advancements on shoes that have already came out shows how good they are at their jobs. The way the designers come up with new ways to improve on a game changing shoe is amazing. Being able to look at something and be like "What if you put this on a shoe?" is a cool thing. Designing shoes isn't easy either, you can come up with something, but then have to design how it fits the shoe. It may not improve the shoe from the last shoe that was released. It is still neat to see that designers can do so much when it comes to making shoes.

I find the Ted Talk amazing the way she talks about all these different designs that are strange. The gas mask for example people would have thought that was bizarre, but it actually is a good design. She opens your mind up to seeing designs differently. You can look at a weird design after watching the Ted Talk and you will realize why it looks weird. Once you understand the design you know why it looks that way. You will be able to create your own designs and use other designs to help make your own better. This Ted Talk opened up a lot of doors that were closed.

The way that people design things is mind boggling because how could you mess something up that bad. It is your job to make it look good, so people won't be bothered with the bad designing. If you are hired to design a sign for a company and it comes out bad, everyone is gonna see that and make fun it. The poor design may make customers not want to shop at that company anymore. Seeing poor designs hurts one because you are taught on how to make something look appealing to the eye. It should be a crime if a poor design is put up somewhere. Poor designs can frustrate other designers because they know they could never mess up like that.

What is your previous computer experience? I have had a computer for almost a year now. I built my computer and I am always on my computer for a couple hours a day. Took digital cinema in high school. Play a lot of video games, edit clips and post them on instagram. I am going to start editing videos and posting them on Youtube. What do you hope to get out of this class? I hope to learn how to fully use Photoshop and Illustrator. To be able to fully understand every tool in both programs What is your experience with Photoshop and Illustrator? I used Photoshop one marking period in middle school. Do you have a computer at home? If so dose it have Photoshop and Illustrator? I do have a computer at home, but does not have Photoshop or Illustrator.  Do you use a  Mac  or PC? I use PC. What do you hope to do with your major? I am not really sure what I want to with my major at the moment, I hope to find out throughout the courses I have to take. Who is your favo
